Local Ingredients
At the Flora-Bama Ole River Grill we pride ourselves in using fresh local seafood and locally grown ingredients. Our team takes the time to seek out area farms and seafood houses who believe in the same fresh standards.
We also participate in the Oyster Shell Recycling Program because we strive to better our local environment. The program will recycle oyster shells from restaurants and get them back into Alabama waters, enhancing oyster production among other benefits
